Pay as you go to access any of our general, cosmetic and restorative dental treatments whenever you need them.
Get registered with Pen Y Bont and enjoy banded fees on many of our services (excluding teeth straightening treatments, teeth whitening treatments, and select other services).

If you’re not already registered with us – or any local dental surgery, for that matter – you’ll need to join the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Local Health Board Central Waiting List by filling out the form here. You can also choose to pay for your treatments privately if you prefer.
Paul is one of our principal dentists. He trained in Cardiff and qualified in 2010. Since then, he has enjoyed practicing high-quality general dentistry and building strong relationships with his patients. Paul’s interests include helping phobic patients overcome their fears and using clear orthodontic aligners to improve patient smiles.
Paul grew up in Bridgend and has an affinity to the local area and the people of Bridgend.
Outside of dentistry Paul enjoys spending time with his young family, running and going to the gym.
Lara is one of our Principal Dentists. Lara qualified from Cardiff University in 2012. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but is particularly interested in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry.
She particularly likes creating smile makeovers using all skills in her remit, combining orthodontics, restorative dentistry and facial aesthetics.
Outside of dentistry Lara enjoys painting and other types of crafts, cake decorating and going for nice walks with her young family and her dog.
Nathan is one of our Principal Dentists. Originally from Cornwall, Nathan has lived and worked in Wales since 2005, qualifying from Cardiff University in 2010.
Professionally, Nathan enjoys several areas of dentistry, including Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Endodontics and Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a certified Invisalign provider and is currently undertaking his Masters in Orthodontics, having previously completed a diploma in the same. He particularly enjoys family dental care and making sure children have positive experiences to build on at the dentist.
Outside of work Nathan can often be found out walking with his wife, son, daughter and dog around the Vale and the Rhondda. He is also a proficient snowboarder and has ticked off all bar a few of the steepest slopes in the Alps.
Hannah is our associate dentist. She graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2020 before moving up to Newcastle to undertake further training at Newcastle University Dental Hospital. In 2022, she moved down to Cardiff to begin a training year in the maxillofacial department in the University Hospital of Wales. From these, she has developed an interest in oral surgery but particularly enjoys treating children and nervous adults in the belief that everyone deserves to have a positive experience at the dentist.
Outside of work, she enjoys trail running and gardening, with no weekend being complete without a Saturday morning Parkrun followed by celebratory coffee.
Maisie is our Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Cardiff University in 2023. She is passionate about educating patients on how to improve their oral hygiene and loves seeing the positive results of their efforts. She enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, and also loves to travel.
Isla is one of our Dental Nurses. She finds her role as a dental nurse both practical and educationally rewarding. She enjoys expanding her knowledge of oral health and continuously learning new skills. Being hands-on in her work and collaborating with the dentist to improve patients’ smiles is especially fulfilling. Outside of work, she loves horse riding and spending time outdoors.
Charlotte is one of our Dental Nurses. She enjoys being a dental nurse because she gets to chat to lots of different people and loves keeping things organised. In her spare time she likes doing DIY projects in her house and going on long walks with her dog.
Sinead is one of our receptionists. She loves working on the reception desk because she really enjoys customer service and chatting to patients. In her spare time she enjoys reading, socialising with friends and enjoying nature with her family.
Zoe is one of our receptionists. She enjoys working as a Receptionist because she likes meeting new people and the role is varied, no two days are ever the same.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, beach walks and having adventures with her little boy.
Jordan is one of our Dental Nurses. She is currently training and loving every moment of the journey so far. Outside of dental nursing she’s an artist and photographer who loves being outdoors.
